Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on destination and package size.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or overnight orders. International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your email] so we can resolve the issue promptly. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Living Pure Essentials is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [your email] — we can only make changes before the order ships.
